Can my permanent resident card or work permit be sent to a domiciliation address?

Yes, IRCC mails the permanent resident card and most physical documents to the Canadian mailing address you declare, and an Ancre address fills that role. A team member signs for it, photographs the envelope without opening it, and alerts you immediately. You then pick it up at suite 402 with ID, or request tracked forwarding to your home. Keep the same address in your IRCC file until the document arrives, to avoid a return to sender.
