What is extra-provincial registration, and can Ancre serve as the address for it?

Extra-provincial registration is the REQ registration of a company incorporated elsewhere in Canada, for example federally or in Ontario, that comes to do business in Quebec. It does not create a new company, but it makes the business visible in the Quebec register, with an establishment or correspondence address in the province. An Ancre address at suite 402 can be declared for that purpose, since it is a real civic address with a human reception. Notices from the REQ, Revenu Québec, and the CNESST then arrive at 402 and are scanned the same day.
